Delete branch "sp-reenable-gates-tproxy"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Tests whether the tproxy Accept fix (#157) + the connect-flood deadline fix (#136) let the previously-wedging gates run green. Re-enables deception-resilience (needs working tproxy to serve under load) and flowspec/flowspec-auto (BIRD gates whose wedge was cross-gate residue a clean-tearing-down engine may resolve). flow-live stays quarantined (#88 hsflowd in-step pipe, unrelated to tproxy). This PR's own lab run is the verification — I'm watching it gate-by-gate (esp. deception-resilience → rtbh, the previous wedge point) and will re-quarantine anything that still wedges before merge.
