First operational-observability slice ahead of the dev-net run. A metrics listen=<ip:port> directive → a hand-rolled GET /metrics (Prometheus text) on blackwalld flow: BGP session state + reconnects, sFlow datagrams/decode-errors, active RTBH/FlowSpec counts, pending queue depths, detection/session/audit totals. No auth/TLS (bind to localhost/trusted mgmt net). Live deception in-flight gauge + the REST control API are follow-ons.
