The
trafficgen-foundationgate's generator-fidelity self-assert ships as a conservative ≥50% of target floor (seeblackwall-trafficgen/src/bin/trafficgen.rsand spec §5.3) because the sustainable userspaceAF_PACKETrate is environment-dependent and a tight band risks CI flakiness. On the development host the generator achieves ≈100% of target.Follow-up: measure the achieved rate on the CI runner, then tighten the floor toward the originally-planned ±10% band so the gate proves accurate pacing, not just "not grossly under-delivering."
