Follows the TUI dashboard (#253) and the lab/gate fixes (#250/#251/#254) landing on main.

README — adds blackwall-client + blackwall-tui to the workspace-layout table, and a Dashboard (TUI) usage section (local + remote run, degraded-source behaviour) next to the metrics docs.

CHANGELOG ([Unreleased]) —

Added: the read-only TUI dashboard + blackwall-client; the blackwall_flow_sampled_{bytes,packets}_total counters; self-diagnosing lab gates (node-log dump on first failure).
Fixed: the deception-nft gate iface-selection panic; the rtbh disarm-log CI flake.

docs/deployment.md — a Dashboard (TUI) subsection under Observe, including the SSH-tunnel pattern for watching a remote/non-routable box.

Docs-only; no code touched.
