M3 (#169). Blackwall config lives in the repo; forgejo CI runs render + the netns lab on every change; merge = apply.
Status: NONE (no CI in the deploy repo at all) · Size: M · Home: deploy repo (forgejo Actions).
Pro: matches how you already run mail/forgejo/bird. Con: greenfield — no apply-on-merge pattern exists yet (blackwall's own lab-gate is prior art).
