M1 (#167). If a POP or the brain is unhealthy, withdraw that POP's announcement instead of sinking traffic into a black hole.
Status: NONE (no interlock; only passive OSPF/BFD) · Size: M · Home: blackwall-bgp/rtbh.
Pro: don't blackhole yourself — the missing interlock in a centralized-brain anycast design. Con: safety-critical; needs its own spec→plan.
