M0 (#166). Drop-in Grafana dashboard + Prometheus alert rules (session-down, blackhole-spike, detector-stalled).
Status: PARTIAL (/metrics served) · Size: S · Home: deploy repo (servers/purrmetheus/).
Pro: observability is copy-in, not hand-built. Con: minimal — follows the existing scrape/alert/dashboard patterns.

#7 purrmetheus — DONE (artifacts authored, deploy branch blackwall-m0). prometheus.yml gains a blackwall scrape job; alerts.yml a blackwall group (BGP-down, detector-stalled/no-sFlow, POP-silent, sampling-mismatch, blackhole-spike); grafana/dashboards/dash-blackwall.json (13 panels — BGP/detections/mitigation stats, the shadow would-mitigate rate as the key M0 panel, per-POP sFlow age, ingest health). Operator sets the scrape target IP + applies.
